Oleksandr Bilchuk - Ukraine
Biography
Oleksandr Bilchuk has been chairman of the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine since 2016.
He was born on 1 February 1978 in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Higher education: in 2000, he graduated with honours from the Kyiv International University of Civil Aviation with a degree in technical operation of aircraft and aircraft engines, as a mechanical engineer.
In addition, in 2000 he graduated from the special faculty of retraining and advanced training of the Kyiv International University of Civil Aviation with a degree in management of foreign economic activity of enterprises, as an engineer-economist.
2000: Economist at the Economic Planning Department of the State Enterprise "Plant 410 Civil Aviation".
Since 2000 he has been working in the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine in various positions starting from leading specialist to the director of the Department of Airworthiness to chairman.
