Abraham Foss
Chief Executive Officer, Avinor
Abraham Foss has been the CEO of Avinor since February 2021.
He has previously held a number of senior executive positions in telecommunications, including CEO of Telia Norway, head of business at the Malaysian telecommunications company Maxis, senior vice-president of Digital Services at Telenor Group, and CMO and vice-president business at Telenor Norway.
Abraham Foss holds a master’s degree in economics and business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and he has also completed first-year law studies and a Russian language course with the Norwegian Armed Forces.
He has extensive board experience from technology companies and organisations and has served as chair of Norsk Helsenett since 2025.
