Biography
A graduate of the Arts et Métiers Institute of Technology (ENSAM) in industrial and mechanical engineering, Thibaut Liblin brings over 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defence sector. Since 1998, he has held a range of operational and project management positions with industry leaders such as Air France Industries, HOP! and Sabena Technics, before shifting his focus in 2018 to leading digital transformation initiatives, notably for Airbus Commercial Aircraft. Currently Managing Director of Apave Aeroservices, he drives the company's international expansion, supporting civil and military stakeholders through training, consulting, and technical assistance. Driven by a passion for innovation and decarbonisation, he is committed to leveraging French expertise to help the global aviation industry grow sustainably while maintaining the highest standards of safety.
