Fee confirmation process
All registrations will be reviewed by the organisers prior to confirmation. As multiple participants from the same State or organisation may register at different times, the final fee status will be determined after this review.
Participants will be notified of their confirmed registration category and any payment requirements. Where fees apply, payment should be made by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice from the ECAC Secretariat. Credit card payments are not accepted.
