The Sub-Group on the Transport of Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRMs) focuses its work on the effective implementation of PRM provisions in all ECAC Member States, and on promoting these provisions at the international level.
It develops and keeps up to date a comprehensive set of guidelines, annexed to Doc 30, Part I, Section 5, covering topics such as staff training, pre-notification, and website information to PRMs. The sub-group also carries out surveys among its Member States to increase understanding of trends and emerging issues across Europe for accessibility and PRMs. These include the survey of PRM complaints received by ECAC Member States.
