The European Aviation and Environment Working Group (EAEG) CAEP met three times in November to prepare contributions ahead of the first Steering Group (SG1) meeting of the CAEP/14 cycle, which will take place in Singapore from 1 to 5 December 2025.
Across the three sessions, participants exchanged updates and reviewed anticipated topics for the start of the CAEP/14 cycle to ensure experts were well informed ahead of the Steering Group meeting. The session on 20 November in Brussels also included exchanges with European stakeholders, including representatives from industry, offering perspectives on early priorities for CAEP/14.
The Steering Group in Singapore will primarily serve to take stock of the outcomes of CAEP/13, held in Montreal in February 2025, and review the proposed work programme for the new three-year cycle.
