Montreal, 22 September 2025 — The regional civil aviation organisations, ACAO (Arab Civil Aviation Organization), AFCAC (African Civil Aviation Commission), ECAC and LACAC (Latin American Civil Aviation Commission), have formalised a new partnership to strengthen global air transport by signing a landmark Declaration of Cooperation at a ceremony held in the Romania/CERG office in Montreal, ahead of the 42nd ICAO Assembly.
